If you’re a fan of WWE or the World Wrestling Entertainment, then you must know Steve Austin, (better known as “Stone Cold”) and you must know him damn well, because it really isn’t hard to sense what kind of attitude he has and what kind of a wrestler he is. But if you say you don’t know him, then you are NOT a real WWE fan. Shame on you.
Stone Cold is the walking alcohol-gut that acknowledges no rules. You might have seen him once entering the stadium riding his ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) or his black 3:16 monster truck. But he is more than just a beer-guzzling menace; Stone Cold is a living legend. He is the rock superstar of the WWE, and more than that. So let me give you a rundown of simple facts about the famous Rattlesnake.
- He was born as Steven James Anderson on the 18th of December 1964.
- He shares his birthdate with several more famous names, such as Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt, Singing sensation Christina Aguilera and the sultry but deadly Trish Stratus who is also from the WWE Raw family.
- He is from Austin Texas, thus his famous moniker, the Texas Rattlesnake.
- One thing you might not think Stone Cold does is that he collects antiques. So don’t take anything at face value.
- He was also a part of his school’s honor roll; aside from that, he also played in the school band.
- He went to college but then dropped out after four months.
- He began training for wrestling on 1988 and then had his Professional Wrestling Debut a year later.
- He is also called “The Most Popular Superstar in WWE History.”
- He is a well know athlete that played not only for WWE, but also for WCW (World Championship Wrestling) and ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling.
- He is WWE’s 62nd Hall of Famer, and was inducted by his arch nemesis who is none other than Mr. Mc Mahon. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that he deserves to be one.
